First let us talk about what a canker sore is. The medical term
for canker sore is aphthous ulcer. It is a small shallow lesion that
develops on the softer tissue in your mouth and at the base of your
gums. They do not develop on the outside of your mouth like the cold
sore does and they are not contagious. That having been said, they
can be extremely painful. Canker sores can sometimes cause difficulty
eating and drinking.
The exact causes for canker sores is not known. There are many
combinations of things that could cause the sores to develop, but no
evidence has narrowed it down exactly.

throats, gingivitis, eczema, upset stomach, irritable bowl syndrome,
colds and abscesses. What you may not know is that there are studies

Chamomile stated that they had excellent pain relief. This having
been said, if you are allergic to certain types of plants you should
take caution when taking herbs like chamomile.
Another such natural remedy thought to help with the pain of canker
sores is Lady’s Mantle. A study was done using a gel form of this
herb showing good results in both pain relieve and speed in healing
canker sores.
Or you could increase your level of B12. It is thought that a low
level of B12 could cause canker sores along with other things such as

adding a supplement to your diet will help heal and ward off future
canker sores.
Another natural remedy is herb licorice leaving its study panel
